Description

This free 2 hour hands-on workshop will introduce you to tools developed by the Human BioMolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP) for mapping and registering tissue slices to 3-dimensional organ models, including the Common Coordinate Framework system, the Registration User Interface (RUI), the Exploration User Interface (EUI), and the Anatomical Structure and Cell Types and Biomarker (ASCT+B) Tables.

This workshop will be conducted remotely via Zoom. The workshop Zoom link will be emailed to participants after registration closes.

Participants should plan to fill out a brief survey before and after the workshop.
